The Brand Blueprint
[The Problem]
Brand strategy work has historically been expensive, opaque, and inaccessible to most growing businesses. Small and mid-market companies either can’t afford a brand audit, don’t know they need one, or get generic templates that don’t account for their specific market, competitors, or growth stage. Meanwhile, AI writing tools offer surface-level copy generation with zero strategic depth — no competitive research, no positioning analysis, no actionable growth playbook.
[The Solution]
TheBrandEngine is a two-tier brand intelligence system that pairs a free, deployed mini audit (lead magnet) with a comprehensive Brand Blueprint deliverable. The system combines structured AI prompt engineering with real-time web research to produce strategy-grade output that would typically require weeks of consulting work.
[The Mini Audit]
(link above: currently deployed, public-facing)
Intake form capturing company profile, industry, channels, goals, and pain points
Single-phase AI analysis generating a diagnostic report with threats, opportunities, and a prioritized action plan
Tabbed report UI (Diagnosis, Opportunities, Over-the-Counter Treatment)
Webhook-based lead capture to Google Sheets with action-specific routing (generate audit, send report, request full audit, contact me)
Inline contact capture with deferred email collection — users can generate a report without an email, then get prompted when they want to take action
Embeddable via iframe with auto-resize messaging for client websites
[The Full Blueprint]
(structured AI workflow, client deliverable)
Two-phase pipeline: Phase 1 runs web research with smart query construction and website content extraction; Phase 2 runs strategic analysis grounded in the research findings
Produces a full SWOT matrix, competitive position map (SVG scatter plot with industry-relevant axes), 5 growth levers, 5 prioritized opportunities with evidence citations, and a 6-item action plan
Brand confirmation flow for ambiguous searches — catches multi-entity results and prompts for clarification before proceeding
Export pipeline: JSON (for further AI processing), HTML (styled report), and PDF (via jsPDF with Blueprint Factory theme)
Form auto-save with persistent storage and report caching for session continuity
Pre-launch/low-visibility brand detection — automatically adjusts analysis to lean on form inputs when web presence is minimal
[What Makes This Different]
Funnel-native architecture: The mini audit isn’t a demo — it’s the top of a real marketing funnel. Free report generates leads, surfaces pain points, and pre-qualifies prospects before any human touch. The full blueprint is the conversion event.
Research-backed, not template-driven: Both tiers use live web search to ground analysis in real competitive data, actual market conditions, and verified company information — not generic frameworks applied blindly.
Strategist-engineered prompts: The AI prompt architecture encodes actual marketing strategy methodology — SWOT structure, competitive positioning axes, growth lever prioritization, risk-to-action mapping. It’s a strategist’s thinking process formalized into AI instructions.
Deliverable-grade output: The Blueprint Factory visual system (navy headers, monospace labels, dashed borders, zero border-radius) produces reports that look like they came from a consultancy, not a chatbot.
Dual-use positioning: The system delivers value as a lead magnet, consulting product, research tool, and portfolio proof point (demonstrates marketing strategy + AI product building in one artifact).

CareerPilot (beta)
This isn't client or professional work — it's a proof point for how I think, scope, and ship.
When off-the-shelf tools didn't fit my workflow, I identified the market gap, defined the product strategy, designed the UX, and engineered the AI prompt architecture — then leveraged AI collaboration to bring the MVP to life without an engineering team, from 0→1.
Currently in public beta with active user testing, landing page design, and marketing funnel structure in development for a potential product launch.
In a future growth or team context, I'd ideally bring this same product ownership while working alongside a developer lead for technical architecture and implementation. It demonstrates the same systems thinking, product instinct, and design sensibility I bring to growth infrastructure, brand operations, and product development.
